Emmanuel Wonder is the co-founder, and CEO of Wonder Sports and Entertainment Group, a global sports and entertainment organization launched in early 2015.
Mr. Wonder is a graduate of Drake University, where he played collegiate soccer and was a member of the championship winning team that claimed a Missouri Valley Conference title and finished College Cup semi-finalists. Emmanuel also received an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and currently serves as Board Member on various international organizations.
After life as a professional footballer that spans close to a decade, Emmanuel immersed himself in full-time legal practice as a commercial and contracts lawyer. Previously, Wonder was in-house legal counsel, Creata, Inc. and deputy general counsel, The Jindilli Company. In that capacity he oversaw the legal affairs of the Milkadamia Group, Creata and Ultimate Source LLC, as well as employment and labor relations. In his positions with Creata, LLC. Wonder had broad responsibilities for the operation of the legal department, for government relations and for the Corporation’s legal affairs.
His background and years in the football industry as a player, coupled with a prominent business acumen, have made him an immediate success within his peers in the sports management industry.
Mr. Wonder attained a Masters of Sports Law from the highly-prestigious Nottingham Law School in the UK and has since gone on to represent a variety of professional footballers, negotiated several high profile and global transfers, as well as appealed and challenged various cases involving FIFA before the Court of Arbitration of Sports.
Chris Haris is an Intellectual Property and Entertainment Attorney from Chicago. Together with Emmanuel Wonder, he founded Wonder Sports and Entertainment Group in 2015 and currently serves as the President.
Before co-founding the company, Chris spent years consulting businesses on their Intellectual Property holdings, and has held various leadership positions for Oaktree Assets & Capital Holdings, and Witty City Productions. He has extensive experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Advertising, Communication Strategy, Structuring, Talent Management, and Recruitment.
Mr. Haris has in-depth comprehension of Intellectual Property planning and litigation (both state and federal); Business and legal organizing for commercial and international entities. Chris has handled a host of complex licensing and royalty structuring at the highest level, for music festivals and large scale productions, while being licensed to practice law in several states.
Chris is a graduate of John Marshall Law School, where he also received a Masters of Law. Prior to law school, he obtained his Bachelors degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
